Is anyone attending this Saturday's practice able to pick up a display and timer box from me in Porter Ranch and take it to the event with them? I can bring it to you during the week, too.
Will, we can do it. We are in Chatsworth/Canoga Park. Are you able to meet us somewhere?

I can only seem to register one of us ... which would mean no multi driver discount.

Does it have anything to do with Karen being GRA and myself being Blew ?

Also, when I try to register sometimes it says Non-Member/$25, other times it says Member/$30 ?!

In the past we've also had trouble with only one of us having Paid showing up on the Registered Print Out. I was hoping to avoid having to bring the PayPal invoices this year
What multi driver discount? The only "discount" is for multi entry for one driver, which is a set of regular runs and a set of X-runs. Not sure where the member / non-member thing is coming from, have to look into that. Pricing should be the same for everyone.

OK ... I fixed the registration per the Entry List ...

OK ... I don't know why at one point I seemed to be offered a Multi Driver discount, but will now try to pay for the two of us. The email notifications I keep getting only show my 716 car twice, instead of 716 and 719 ... yet the Entry List is correct?

Non-member amount was set wrong. Fixed that. Team membership has no effect. Are you trying to register Karen as a Linked Driver or logging in as her and registering?

A quick look at the raw data in the registration download, it appears Karen shows up as a non-member but shows having paid online. You show up as a member, but not paid. I have to go offline for a while, but will check on it later.

That's exactly why realigning the run groups never seems to solve problems. Nobody runs in the same class year to year or even event to event it seems.

Which is why we didn't just realign the classes but went to 5 groups. The Indexed classes are what actually make it hard, they can be so large that you have to make them a major part of a group since they all have to run at once, but if for some reason people don't show up then that work group is screwed. Sk1 and Sk2 just seem to be very hard to estimate attendance wise.

I'm guessing it's going to be fine and people just haven't registered at this point, maybe SK1 folks are just slackers

Though both SK1 and SK2 both also run in the morning and so that shouldn't make a difference to them.

Okay, need a little help here. PM'd Rick but hasn't gotten back to me. I couldn't log on to AXW to register, and finally figured out my user ID had somehow been changed from my name to my email address, same password. Okay, now registered.

But Kathy's account won't open either, and we have the same email address. I tried using that with her password but no joy. What's going on?

I know that the site changed to using email addresses as logins, but not sure what it did about duplicate emails. Since I don't see her in the user list, it may have deleted duplicates since logins have to be unique. I'm emailing the programmer. But you may have to create a new account for Kathy.

I don't see how to make this work. I tried opening a new account for Kathy, but it insists on using our email address for user ID and validates the new account through that address, so I can't use a phony one. Since Kathy and I have the same email address, only one of us can have an AXW account.

Not ideal, but you can always create a new email account and have it forward to your normal email address (this way, you still have access to it in case you ever need to reset the password, etc). Otherwise, there's always the "10 minute email" program that will work for validating an account.

While that would probably work, I doubt that's the final answer. As more couples find the same problem I suspect a more elegant solution will emerge. I expect Rick's working on it.
