No listing of the Chiefs for the next event? I didn't bother to write them down assuming they would be in the minutes, although maybe Lily was as confused as me about who was doing what.............. ;)Giovanni Jaramillo wrote:Please click on CSCC Solo logo above or the link reading "Main Solo2.com Site" then on the left-hand side navigation bar, at the bottom for Committee Meeting Minutes for the June and July 2010 minutes.
Thanks to Lily for bypassing updating here RTABS on her Honda CRX and getting last month's and tonight's minutes to me for posting. What a trooper!

I was looking for the list. In all the excitement, I couldn't remember whether I ended up with a job or not.

actually I was very confused, there was so much back and forth going on haha.George Schilling wrote:I was looking for the list. In all the excitement, I couldn't remember whether I ended up with a job or not.
I can check my notes from last night when I get home, but I figured Simanyi would have the list.
What I can remember off the top of my head:
Lily - Chief of Reg
Seb - Chief of Waivers
Renee - Chief of Workers
Bob - Safety Steward
Christine - Course Designer
Someone - Event Master
Someone - Chief of Tech
George, you'll have a PM in 5 minutes ;)

I'm pretty sure Max was the event master and helping out with registration on Sunday.Max Hayter wrote:I remember KJ as event master and George as helping out with Reg on Sunday.

I like to help out everywhere, rather than be pigeonholed in one position only:D

This works out well for everyone. Having Max dedicated to one position can be tiresome for the rest of us, it's much better to spread him around.Max Hayter wrote:I like to help out everywhere, rather than be pigeonholed in one position only:D
I can help out in Reg again.
Also Lily, I can instruct first group again if you'd like.

You're set as an intructor, but I'll have to get back to you about the registration since I'm trying to figure out how many people we need (depending on the run order).

Four. One in Gayle's position that has a sign that says "Start Here", two on computers, one for worker sign up. Gayle filter's out those that need to sign up for weekend membership or have other questions. After the morning rush, one computer can be shut down.Lily Liu wrote:Thanks Robert!Robert Puertas wrote: I can help out in Reg again.

I've added the ability to MotorsportReg to check peoples SCCA memberships when they register for an event. If it's not current, they will be offered the weekend membership, the cost of which is added to their entry and they are emailed a printable form with the temp number. This eliminates the need for paperwork at the event, they just show the weekend membership they were emailed. Note, your MotorsportReg membership name must match your SCCA membership name or it won't verify correctly.

i'd say you want him there -the girls were trying to figure out how to make him a permanent member of the team. Such a personable guy.Lily Liu wrote:Thanks Robert!Robert Puertas wrote: I can help out in Reg again.

If set up is late Friday, or early Saturday I will happily volunteer. Also if someone is looking for Tech or Gate on either Saturday, Sunday or both, that would be great too.
