Lost one of those giant motor mount bolt on Pro Solo Sunday...
#11 and #34.... had Honda dealer trying to locate the part for me but apparently no dealer in the country has the #11 part.
Maybe I can replace both with aftermarket parts?
I'm too lazy too look it up, but isn't there a stock allowance for alternate hardware (equivilent/heavier/non-advantagious).
If so, I bet McMaster Carr has something just that size (bolt ). Depending on the material, they probably have an equivilent to #11 to (especiially if its aluminum).

yeah, what he said. you don't have to buy all the bolts from the dealer. Only bolts that one would consider 'performance limiting' like rod bolts or head bolts do you need to be careful. I doubt anyone could make a solid protest on motor mount bolts. Obviously, you can't replace them with titanium or aluminum, but any steel bolt should work fine.
I can still buy the bolt #34... but not #11.
I do not even know the function or the material of it. I only know that it's black in color so maybe made out of rubber?
On the part description, it is listed as "WEIGHT, RR. ENGINE MOUNTING".
It's too bad you don't know anyone with an 89 civic that could look at theirs and measure it for you.
Stuff from Mc-Carr will likely be cheaper and better that what you get from the dealer, and you can likely will call it (SantaFeSprings) within a couple hours.
