Tires turning blue
Anyone else having that happen to them with their Dunlop Z2? I don't even have that many AutoX runs on them so I was kinda surprised to see it happen, the tread isn't hard by any means but its quite the shade of blue.

I have seen a bluish sheen on my Star Specs. I don't have Z2s.Bobby Beyer wrote:Anyone else having that happen to them with their Dunlop Z2? I don't even have that many AutoX runs on them so I was kinda surprised to see it happen, the tread isn't hard by any means but its quite the shade of blue.

Re: Tires turning blue
My last set of RS3s turned blue after over heating them after an event. You should check your tire temps. Do they have recs on inner, middle and outer temps?

Re: Tires turning blue
These aren't my normal AX tires so thats what had me confused. They have maybe 30-40 runs on them, but I haven't noticed them overheating except for one event at Fontana and at Chuckwalla. The overheating didn't really concern me but these blue lines are more recent within the past month, when I haven't been running them.

See, you already knew the answer! They turned blue because they're sad not being used!Bobby Beyer wrote:...when I haven't been running them.
