I heard that Ferrari was badging their new motor the Powerstroke V12.
Ford's lawsuit is clearly a publicity stunt.

Yeah, pretty funny. I have to say Craig is the best late night host. By far the funniest, though I can't stand a few of his characters.
I like Leno cause he is a car and motorcycle guy and very down to earth. I hate Letterman. Often rude and uninformed with less well known guests, Top 10 is almost always just stupid, and his band leader just gives me the creeps.

... Therefore the name will now read as the Ferrari 150° Italia, which should make it clear even to the thickest of people that the name of the car is a tribute to the anniversary of the unification of our country. ...
And from the comments:
...and in a related story, all US Police Cars will be required to remove the emergency call numbers "911" from their livery to prevent any confusion with the Porsche product.....

I don't think so. During it's finacial bolstering they borrowed against all the assets of the company, including the barnd name, logo and other such assets. In order to maintain a copy right / trade name you have to defend it. I think it's very real issue for them, and they will prevail.
