If this is a "PRE-ENTRY ONLY" event, what is the deadline to register?

Dumb question number 4...

How do I "choose" my car number for the event? When I registered thru AXWare it used my existing points card number (250).

Your number has been changed to 50. If you'd like a different number, let me know John and I'll change it.

so if you run after lunch. (like CSP does). and your not going on Friday due to family obligations..... does that mean I have to show up way early to register / tech / walk? or will I be able to do this during lunch?
(Id hate to have to leave my house at 5 a.m. when I dont even run till after lunch.)

You have to show up super early, tech is only open for an hour in the morning for the just in case crowd.

Can someone with the authority post the run work order link into the AXWare page for the folks that don't frequent the message boards.
Thanks....

Hi George,

I think the answer is yes, but I wanted to make certain:
Are the run/work groups the same for both Saturday & Sunday? Thanks!

Axware flyer updated and the link is also on the first post of this thread (for those people who don't want to go digging through 10 pages of a thread to find the run order)

TOYO AND BRIDGESTONE CONTINGENCY

If you want contingency from them don't forget to sign up before the event on the SCCA website, the same way you would have for the Tour and Pro. There are also forms that you need to send in after the event.

After the event claim forms:

Toyo - http://www.scca.com/documents/contingen ... -Claim.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Bridgestone - http://www.scca.com/documents/contingen ... -Claim.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

____________________________________________________

Both of these forms require Division Steward OR Chief of Compliance signatures, who would that be? When would they sign these, in impound?

Your number has been changed to 50. If you'd like a different number, let me know John and I'll change it.
Just go to the My Controls drop down, select My Registrations, click on the little pencil to edit your registration. You can change your number there. Or before registering, you could have edited the car in your Garage or created a new car in your garage with the new number. Editing a car in your garage has no effect on an existing registration.

well thats crappy. I didnt even notice that I work first thing in the morning, then dont run till after lunch.

I dont mean to be the complainer, but sucks to turn a half day process into a full day..... kinda kills my "it'll be like a vaction" theme with the family. :-)
all well.
see ya'll this weekend.

It will be like a vacation.....for them. There's plenty to do in the area. And you'll be able to leave early on Saturday to spend the evening with them. For national type events, this is the routine.
