Split gas and rental costs, probably $30-40. Entry fee is $40 to eight runs. There's a good probability for cheap fun runs also.

Pre-Reg is closed, I'm quite certin they'll take your money day of. The organizer is probably already there setting up. No internet at most RallyX sites.

I like driving through these desert towns, they have long histories.

Lander's is right around the corner. Many people forget the quake of '92. A 7.3 magnatude, in an urban area this would have been devastating (the bay area quake of '89 was only 6.9).

There's some pictures of surface fractures in this link. The sheared highway is awsome.
