You don't need the minor to sign that's apparently a club racing thing.

So, whats the deal on witnessing here? Can we have David witness the mother? Then somebody else witness David at the event?

I'm trying to get the minor waiver so my son can drive this Saturday at El Toro. He actually turns 18 on the 9th, so he's missing it by one day. I went to the link mentioned by Gio in the Newbie Guide/Introduction but it's not working and I couldn't find the form on the SCCA website. Help....

Looks like they've changed it. The new version is now hosted on our site. See the main Solo2.com site (on the left hand side for SCCA Minor Waiver).

I was going to say fill in the top with ALL SCCA Events and 2009 and its good all year.... But in Tyler's case... Sort of irrelevant!

I was under the impression (but haven't checked the rules) that if both parents were not present, the form had to be notarized.
