Wow...I was making a list of the entries and their SCCA member #s and find that either a lot of the entries are NOT members or at least not from the Cal Club region.

All entries, please remember to bring your membership card or you will have to purchase a weekend temporary membership.

I thought that since this was to be a test-n-tune for nationals that more people would be members already. Boy, was I surprised!

Since so many were turned away at the last practice, we decided to open this up to as many as possible.

Question, what is the time format for this event? My name is on the list, which is great, but I have no idea about the scheduled for the event. The flyer only says, "first car out at 9". When will we run vs work? How's it going to work w/ the two different courses?

Please help!

Good question.
Tech & Registration - 7:00am to 9:00am
First car out at 9:00AM.

After 9am, it is too hard to give timelines as we are going by the number of runs per group, not the duration of the group. I haven't decided yet (I need to confer with my worker chiefs on the amount of bodies), but likely there will be three groups in the morning and the afternoon. If that is the case, you will run once, work once, and rest once in the morning, break briefly for lunch and then repeat on the 2nd course in the afternoon. We'll announce the orders and assign groups on Saturday morning.

I need to remind u people I am a US citizen (yeah , who would have thought!), I am only a dirty romanian when covenient. So for this event sign me up as "the Dirty US citizen through naturalization with a funky eastern european accent that hits cones once in a while (I mean all the time).... guy"

While I have 3 clocks and 3 sets of lights, there are only two displays, so none for the kids course. Also, try to design the kids course with the start and finish relatively close to each other (like that last event) so we can use the short cables.

Will we have enough cones?

Let us know if you want the Team Blew cones ... I think we've got about 250 cones

Plus Mike has a bunch at his house which isn't that far away.
