You do realize that no practices are run the same. Your "incident" is specific to a George Schilling designed CASOC practice held at El Toro earlier this year, with flags! It has nothing to do with this thread, the OP questions, and is not relevant to future practices, since they will not be run the same way.Leticia Montanez wrote:I totally agree.
