He must be cheating... I only have 85ftlbs.

I have a hole in the floor that allows me to push with my left foot. If I could just get more leverage, I'd break 100 lbft.

So its true that Jason never lifts. Not even in grid. He just sets the e-brake.

I am .9 out of first too Jason. It's about .3 or .4 index difference between AS and BS depending on course length.
So to make up .9 over two days add all that up and it's about 2 seconds total.
I think your math might be off a bit on the index:
http://www.ivliberty.com/cars/pax.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (I think Pax is junk, but this is a cool tool someone made up)
Based on BS running a 60 sec run you need a 59.287 just to tie.
The SK mult. factor messes with this too. From our CSCC results.
AS SK1 factor = .82516
BS SK1 factor = .81536
Thus a 60 sec. course is
AS= 60, BS = 60
* PAX
AS = 49.5096, BS = 48.922, A Difference of .588
I'll have to double check to see if SD used these multipliers....

I don't think SD has any sort of tire handicap. And I think we only use it in the 'PAX' listing and team competitions, not the class results.

I'd like to help pad the number of entrants in SK1, but I have no update on my tires that I'm waiting for, so I doubt I'll have them in time to mount/balance/scrub in. Sorry.

You should not need the additional ST multiplier for this event, you guys are running head to head on ST tires. The ST factor should only be used to try and compare to open. MMMMM More factors. :barf: Are you going to use the AWD to RWD factor? How about the my car is white and has 6 cup holders factor? Kind of reminds me of my days of running in NCCC, nearly every color of car had a different class.

Jay and Jason...
Jay, I did the division and SD did use the exact SK1 CSCC factor for Me and KJ.
I'll expect the same in El Toro.
Keep it up Jason! I haven't been pushed lately competition wise. ESP got boring, scared em all away
I have it in me, I actually PAX'd 7th once in the grocery getter last Dec. if you recall.
Smoked you PAX wise too with you on the 'Stones }:)

Yeah I'm sure you want to go there....

Bring that wreck out to natls and lets see how you feel. btw how did your ESP killer do at natls? Oh yeah, never made the trip to see how you stack up with real competition. I guess lucky for you most of the time you ran ESP Henry's Camaro was in retirement. ;)
How did I get into an ST trash talking thread? I hate ST tires.

If you're not on bare rims, then why not run anyways?
Oh, and BTW 248 entries right now. Blew past that SFR number while I wasn't looking.

It might as well be bare rims. There's no way the fronts would pass tech with all that nylon showing, and the rears bit the dust over a month ago, so I have dry rotted bicycle tires (seriously, they're 195 width!) on the back. It won't be good for fast times, but I would win style points with the drift-o action! Isley's seen my "drift" setup in action

ok, this thread is getting boring, and sitting at home jobless doesn't help.

so Pete, did you put the smack on Isley like at this last Pro-Solo? Oh wait, you were 5 seconds slower RAW TIME (4 secs if I count your scratch times) on the same tires. Aren't STis supposed to be real fast at Pros?
and Jason, a lil to warm and cozy under the Kumho blanket there? Too scared to run REAL tires head to head agaist Pete only to lose to him AGAIN??? A REAL national champion wouldn't be scuured to run on street tires... cluck cluck cluck cluck cluck

Come to CSM and join the drifting fun. We need the numbers. We welcome people with crap tires.

Hey, someone call Fred Zust and tell him to find a co-driver. I'm not saying to game the system, but it would be well worth his while.
250 entrants!

Very interesting.... Particularly since the Boxster is an ASP car.

No... Forgot it moved in 2008.

Hmm, sounds like a fun project car.

Suckered you in from the side somehow

Got ya!
Going back and forth between Street tires and R Comps. suck, as Jason can attest to. I am on the Street tire side of that flip until these burn up.
Then it's 285's Hoosiers FTW

, hopefully, that darn Joey is getting really zippy though.
Hey KJ I acquired a co-driver today, WOOT. Helps the numbers.

Actually the tires were flipped so to say in Dec., I had 710's on the Forester and Jason had Bridgestones on for a test.
I got to see his reactions to the lack of grip in the grid after each run, entertaining it was.
