Might I suggest a slight restructuring to the info? Just to make it a little easier to see WHEN folks are coming and going (which might or might not be as important to you as WHO is coming and going).

Sorry to hear that Greg. I'll update. BTW, Priceline requires you to show an ID at time of check-in to verify that it is you. In the past I have called the hotel directly to add/change names with no problems. But you should call right away. I they won't make the change, call again in 12 hours and hope for someone more sympathetic.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've already added James' name to the reservation. All he needs is to provide a credit card for incidentals.

I am ariving on the 10th at 1am ... will take a hotel overnight In kansas City

So I would need a ride to topeka on the 11th.... I will have to work from topeka on the 11th so earlyer would be better for me ... Don't mind splitting the cost of a rental with someone.
I am flying out on the 17th at 7 40 PM
I will be staying at the ValuePlace

My room is Sold!
The staff at the Ramada in Topeka were quite helpful, and had no problem with someone else using the room. I just had to give their name.

For Morgan, you're best off posting on the sccaforums.com site in the Pro-solo section. I think the problem is that he is coming in pretty late. Maybe someone coming from the east that evening can pick him up. Good luck!
