Thanks for the feedback Kurt. Eveything's cool. Nine years in the Marine Corps and 25 years in corporate finance has toughened my skin.
Actually, although 2011 represents my first year of AutoX, I've participated in about 6 or 7 weekends, almost evenly split between Cal Club and San Diego. Although AutoX is completley different, I'm finding that my Formula Ford and Russell School experience is coming in handy. Getting faster and faster with a totally stock NA Miata and loving it.
On a business-at-hand note, this thread is about soliciting gate workers. At this point, we have nearly all that we need. Just need to fill a slot or so. I totally understand what has been pointed out regarding the potential of insufficient number of course workers. Although my goal is to have a smooth and efficiently running gate at crunch time, I'm confident that either the Worker Chief or Event Chair will make adjustments as necessary.
