HUGE Hodge Pod of Photos ... mainly from Karen and local Judy Becker ... 1,900 ... so not all of the action shots are in focus. But it was still great that they filled in while I was spending more time concentrating on driving. Even my action shots are a bit indifferent. Mainly frozen moments so Marshall can study tires. http://public.fotki.com/makofoto/2012-r ... iego-solo/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Bunch of shots of GoPro's ... that are the raw material for an eventual collage of mini cams in racing.
Geez, Mako and Pete (and Karen and Judy), you outdid yourselves! I just spent about an hour looking through all the cool images and slo-mo videos. So many great candid people shots as well as cars. I'll have to order a bunch for Mom to show her what I do on weekends!!
Here's a couple more vids from Saturday via the windshield cam, the day's best from me and Mako, respectively:
My first run i quickly found out how much the brakes didnt work as well when trying to slow down from 72+ mph... On run 3 I really wanted to make sure it counted so I was off the edge from my second run and ended up slowing down too much unfortunately.

Watching the MPH's and you were a bit slower ... everywhere almost. :unimpressed: ... just like me. ;)
speaking of MPH... day one across the top my top speed was 75mph... day two was 72mph. My first run on day 1 I think i got up to 77mph until i realized my brakes were less effective
