The cone placement for run 1 was correct. It was most likely placed in the [X] from Saturday.

Video clips are still uploading ... slowly. Those video files are about 8 to 9 times larger then the stills.
These clips were shot at 60 frames per second. If you want to see your clip in Slow Motion, let me know: makofoto at earthlink dot net
Fotki is now charging me to store the massive collection of files of our auto crossing since 2003 ... so if you get some enjoyment or use out of the video clips, I'd appreciate a small donation.
If you just want the still FILES instead of PRINTS, take $2.00 off the Fotki print price, and contact me directly.

I was trying to figure out why I sucked so much sunday, so I got crazy and synced all my runs to figure out where time was lost and gained. Anyways, I just pause it at random cones around course to see which run is ahead. I kinda screwed up the labeling and didn't leave it on the whole run, my bad. So study the numbers early!
Had a good weekend at my first Fontana event.
PS, no sound because well, that would just be noisy.

Ha, you are right! I hadn't noticed. I don't know if it was the surface (back to asphalt) or the fact it was damn hot, but the car felt very neutral and fun to drive. Too bad it didn't materialize into a stellar lap time, but that may be the nut behind the wheel ;) In any case, here is my video:

Last video is uploading ... there still a bit of conversion time required. Note again that these were shot at 60 frames per second, so if you want to see a particular clip in Slo Mo, you need to get in touch with me ... although I'm still trying to figure out the best way to Save a slo mo version. I can do slo mo play back with my QuickTime Pro (7) but it isn't Saving. I should also be able to do the same with my GoPro CineForm Studio software.
If you add your name in the Comment section I can Edit the Name of the clip
SUNDAY:

Some still shots are blurry ... playing around with shutter speeds ... and I didn't edit them out.

Figured out how to do the Slo Mo clips. Here Christine G at 240 fps. I can actually slow this down by another 50%

If you're interested in seeing your file(s) in slow motion, I can send you the full size/rez file rather then just posting on Fotki

Casey B at a virtual 240 FPS ... originally shot at 720/60

Watch full screen, at 720 ... nice slide going into the big turn around ... slalom is always interesting ... and see how big the finishing bump was, with stiff springs
