@ Dave ... we are NOT NASCAR ! We run Rain or Shine ...

This might be the first practice I have missed in 10 years!Bill Schenker wrote:Dilettante!Max Hayter wrote:Rick - I need to cancel from the practice as well. House moving precludes spending all weekend racing!
You said the same thing last year; getting old, Maxwell.Max Hayter wrote:This might be the first practice I have missed in 10 years!Bill Schenker wrote:Dilettante!Max Hayter wrote:Rick - I need to cancel from the practice as well. House moving precludes spending all weekend racing!
I was confused because I didn't know what Dilettante meant!Bill Schenker wrote:

Ha! thats funny.Max Hayter wrote:We are not a bunch of hillbilly left turners - we run rain or shine!Dave Davis wrote:any word on a list?
so cal expecting rain too.
i'd guess you guys dont run in rain or wet conditions.?
I don't see you registered for either the Practice or Sunday. But in either case, credit cards have not been charged yet.Brian Joe wrote:How do we cancel our entry and get a refund?
Cancellations are good. I've had 110 people who want in to an event with about an 80 car limit.Steve Ekstrand wrote:Everybody can't cancel as they wish though? Can they? The region will go broke. Or at least PSCC.
OMG, God has come to Socal to grace us with his presence??? I wish I could be here this weekend and be graced by his holiness!!! Socal folks, be sure to get a baptism from him with holy tire water if you see him. Just don't look straight into God's eyes.Jeff Cashmore wrote:After suffering through a long Wisconsin winter I'll be visiting family in Palm Springs next weekend and I was wondering if anyone wanted a co-driver for Sunday's El Toro event. Street tires are fine with me and I'd be happy to run time only/off heat. Can offer set up help/driver coaching or keep my mouth shut if that's what you'd prefer.
It's just me, Denise and son Ryan are heading to the beach/aquarium. Please reply to cashmo at hotmail dot com.
Thanks,

Wednesday midnight, but if you're not coming why wait and torture the people on the Wait List?James Yom wrote:

we might be fast in the rain but on index everything stock or st will destroy us. ...unless we happen to have a GS AWD car to drive. }:)Bill Schenker wrote:I hope it rains on Saturday! Rain practice! so just like normal, the registration list only updates every 15 mins. calm down.Craig Naylor wrote:I've registered for the Autocross Sunday like normal, but I'm getting the following message "Although online payment is optional, your registration is not complete until payment is received." AND I'm not showing up in the Attendee List.. I've refreshed, closed the browser, and reopened etc, but I'm not getting added. In my dashboard,I show as registration complete, but do you have to pay by Credit Card /Paypal now just to show up on the registered list?
What? That +400HP doesn't do anything for you in the wet? I'm sorry...Marshall Grice wrote:we might be fast in the rain but on index everything stock or st will destroy us. ...unless we happen to have a GS AWD car to drive. }:)Bill Schenker wrote:I hope it rains on Saturday! yes it does do something, it gets us up to our hydroplaning speed faster than most cars. ...turns out that's not incredibly useful while racing. having the softest index is still the biggest advantage in the rain.Bill Schenker wrote:What?
