The newsletters, featured profiles, and recent wins give excuses for the firm to send the link out to client and prospective client lists. Its a soft contact, not a sales pitch, just your friendly lawyers keeping you abreast of current topics in the field and what we're up to.
It appears that way but it creates some really really really nasty HTML code that may be slow loading and favor Internet Explorer, breaking in other browsers. Will's right on. Even purpose-built software like Dreamweaver (which I use) adds some extraneous code that can slow things down a bit. Microsoft's record when it comes to software that creates -- or tries to create -- Web pages is pretty dismal.
