Well my registration got messed up. But it may have been coincidental to these changes.
EDIT -- it somehow got resolved. Maybe a problem between my computer and MSR.

Also, when did the meeting night change? I had items put on the agenda and missed it last night since by a similar scenario the meeting night changed from when it's been the previous 15 years+.

Should be next Tuesday (3rd of the month), not yesterday. That's what shows on the calendar on solo2.com.

I need to cancel for the practice on Saturday. We are hoping to get on site in the afternoon so Samuel can take advantage of the kids kart practice.

Got it. And thank for the email confirming the cancellation.
FYI for the everyone else. You can cancel your entry at the same place you registered. This is the easiest and quickest way to cancel and the only way you can be sure your cancelation will be registered. If you can't figure out how to cancel there, an email to me is the next best option. If you don't get a response to your email, assume I did not get it and you are still entered. Posting in the forums can be easily missed and is a poor choice as a way to cancel. We're it not for my interest in reading the input on the price increase, I would not have seen this cancelation. If it is not seen, you will be responsible per the refund policy.
BTW, for those who complained about the wording regarding the new pricing structure, please suggest alternative wording. I'm open to suggestions and am always trying to improve messaging.

Here is my suggestion;
A separate topic thread should of been created.
Event Pricing change
To help ease the burden of planning the events, we are changing event pricing to encourage participants to register early.
The pricing changes will be the following
Early sign up, the Saturday a week before the event $30.00
Online sign up prior to the event $40.00
On Site sign up $45.00
The new pricing will go into effective starting at our March event.
Being that I am one those "procrastinators", I don't view the "Events are open for registration" threads until the week of the event.

Great idea! Thank you for taking the time to respond. Since any forum member can generate new topics, will you take the lead and start a separate thread announcing the pricing change. I'm sure others who are not yet aware of the pricing change would be grateful. Hopefully they will see and read the thread before the next event.
One correction on the pricing, early registration is $35, not $30.
