Eggs benedict is my hangover food of choice.

That works pretty well too. Problem is I can't eat it in a restaurant anymore cuz I make it better than anyone else I've ever tried, which means I have to get my hung-over ass out of bed and cook before I get to eat it.

Actually if you go into any fine cookware store, they make non-stick pans and pan inserts that will poach a perfectly shaped egg. I still do it the old fashioned way usually, but when I'm feeling like I don't want to screw around I'll use mine.

Too true. Doesn't help that my mom has taught cooking classes for 35 years and been a food critic for about 20 years. She got me going early.

I was the opposite.

Neither my mom or dad had any clue in the kitchen. So, I was cooking since I can remember.

I wanted to be a fashion designer too...

But hey atleast I don't drive a miata.

I don't speak German. What's the point of this? People crash on any wheeled vehicle. Generally doing stupid things or because of lack of training/skill. Now some liberal legislator will want Segway's to have an air bag that completely envelops the rider......
