Looks like Korean lettering on the "police car" in the last photo. Long Beach stands in for Seoul?

Interesting comments in paragraph 7 in the actual article the blog refers to: The Prius effect.

Ashley is a bit fickle. She had, for awhile, been pining for a Miata. She drove in a rallycross on Saturday which induced this text I got from her:

"f**k the miata, i wanna subaru"

So the article is pretty right on :)

Ah, one of the Lamborghini models. They're very friendly, unlike those at Ferrari. At the LA auto show, usually the same girls every year.

I need a liability waiver or something about the flightiness. Glad you get it. Nobody ever LISTENS to my standard disclaimer on that one.

I'm sure I'd be just as thrilled by jumping a 400hp Miata over a mud pit. Maybe more thrilled. I'd love to find out. :)

Naw dude, Korean mostly has a vertical line on the right side of each character and frequently has circles.

Now, that email that goes around showing the 'chinese beach day' - THAT's actually Korean. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.

Ya. O'Blenes and I had a ball thrashing my old CRX in Corona once. I was seriously wishing for decent tires, but it was totally fun. Woulda been fun to take my dirtbike out there too. Alas...

Almost committed a double homicide at Trader Joe's and followed it up with a single at Starbucks, but I'm better now.
