Online Registration for 12/14 Open

Darren: When I did it for Shauna, I first deleted her entry (the one that she did) and then re-registered her as a linked driver. I was then able to add her registration to my cart.

I went back and re-did what you described. I get still get the same message. Still was not able to add to cart.

Did you pay for yourself online? I did not (hoping for some solo $). Maybe the system only allows for one entry payment per user?

You go to My Linked Drivers. Search for Jenn. It may look like it doesn't find anything, but if you click on the Select User you'll see all matches and can select the one you want. Then click on Link to Selected Driver. It does say you can pay for linked drivers.

I established the link but I still can't pay for Jenn. It does not give me a option to put her registration in the cart. I get the following message:
You have already submitted payments for 1 registration(s) for this event.

If you add additional entries, a new cart will be provided.

You already submitted and paid for your entry. It recognizes that. So it won't creat a new cart like is says for additional entries?

If you can live without the cash for a few weeks, that would be great! We're working on P&Ps and how to incorporate the built in features of Axware.

Easy for me to create a credit on Axware then it will show up on your next entry when you add a registration to your cart.
