If you were an FSAE volunteer, are wanting in to this event and didn't mention it on your check, better chime in now.

Can someone help me out...

Last practice I went to ( Fontucky ) I paid for my SCCA membership ( from Gail ) but I never got anything in the mail ( my membership ). I tried e-mailing her on here, but I'm sure she doesn't come on here much. Could someone help me get ahold of her please ?

I believe the form you completed when Gail helped you sign up has a carbon copy for you to keep. That will serve as proof of membership until your card comes from the SCCA home office in Topeka. You can contact them directly http://www.scca.com/contactus.aspx

It's our of her hands Brett. If you want a concrete answer, call the national office and ask for Nancy Downing. What you'll probably hear is, "Umm, we're just slow". Just bring you receipt to any event and you'll be fine.

Hi George,

I didn't officially volunteer but I was asked to be a design judge for design finals at the last minute. Definitely didn't do as much work as a cone worker this year buuuut if you want to add me to the bottom of the volunteer list, I won't argue :D

SCCA membership isn't slow. They are surprisingly quick. But their error rate is damn near 100%. The good and the bad. Somewhere there's ugly too I suspect.

It's going to be warm this weekend. PLEASE BE PREPARED. Here are some suggestions:

1. Bring an umbrella or a large wide brim hat. Umbrellas are allowed on course. Take advantage of this.

2. Bring plenty of water. Freeze the water bottles the night before so you have cold water all day. Take several with you when working course. Drink often.

3. Be sure to apply sunscreen.

4. Bring an ez up if you have one. You'll make plenty of new friends.

See you Saturday

Anyone interested in splitting my entry? I would like to run in the morning, since I have to be somewhere later in the afternoon.

Proposal:
1) We drive your car (automatic cars preferred, unless you don't mind me practicing stick shift in your car... }:) ) - don't think we will be allowed to drive our own cars
2) You pay ~half the entry ($38 rounded up) + your $10 for the shared entry
3) We split the work as well (I work morning, obviously)

If interested, just PM me.

THANKS!

I MAY take advantage of that offer QV.

Need stick practice? lol

It depends on what car we bring up though. I am still trying to figure everything out.
