Decided to leave the house and attend Robert's 6th Birthday party at a gymnastics place. Great two hours watching the kids running on 110% and hanging with the Kalman's. Meant so much to me. Had a minor crash once I got home. Lot of bleeding and junk. But post dinner I'm back to feeling good. Robert scored so much great stuff for daddy to play with this week.

I guarantee you Doug I won't be my old self. If I'm not substantially on my way to being a 100lbs lighter and in good shape this time next year somebody just put a shotgun to my head. I'm too stupid to occupy valuable land on the terrasphere. I was dragging all year, events were killing me and didn't take the sign that my body had gone past the tipping point. I blamed it on shoulder, or colds or whatever. It was my body screaming at me. HEY STUPID! Finally it had to get the sledgehammer and knock me out. Fortunately, my cardio profile is pretty decent for somebody in my shape so the potential is there to make a turnaround. If my heart health had been substantially compromised going in to last week, I wouldn't be typing this right now.

Saw Steve at Costco today. Nurse Hatchet somehow allowed him to escape!

Actually he looked very good, and was in good spirits. Glad to see him up and about.
