I deal with stage fright all the time.....I guess it's kind of an occupational hazard. Learning how to get into the zone consistently is something I've worked on for years. When the situation allows I do the "rock and rag doll" trick. Flex every muscle in your body (the rock) then flail your arms and legs about (the rag doll). Do this a couple times in a row and it turns that nervous energy feeling into one of being focused and energized. It's kind of awkward to do in front of a lot of people though........

It's funny Leonard and Mike both posted about this, it reminded me that my two Class ProSolo wins were after being sick all night :barf:, and getting no more than a scattered couple of hours of sleep.

Judging by the methods shared in these posts I think a Sports Psychologist could make a fortune on the Solo community.
