Thanx Gio (and Rick) -- one problem. Rick's list only shows the weekend, not the event. For example is there really an event on May 1 or is that a Saturday only?

Patience grasshopper. It'll all get sorted out, as the events I put on our Calendar are no longer there so I can't confirm.Bill Martin wrote:Thanx Gio (and Rick) -- one problem. Re: Event Calendar - 2011
Okay, good to know. I thought it was unlikely that we'd have two May events. But I guess this is more like our April event.

Club hosts are listed when not an EBoard event. Just have to click them to see the end of the title.Jayson Woodruff wrote:Can we add the club hosts?

Re: Event Calendar - 2011
All two-day, weekend events are the standard Practice/Championship, seemed unnecessary to label them all. The few other types of events are labeled.Bill Martin wrote:Thanx Gio (and Rick) -- one problem. Rick's list only shows the weekend, not the event. Re: Event Calendar - 2011
If you go to Solo2.com now, there is a new link for Event Calendar. It takes you to the CSCC Solo Google Calendar.

Re: Event Calendar - 2011
I've messed with the new system and it makes sense for the most part. The color coding of the events helps a lot.
But for noobs, we need a "sign up" link at the bottom of the event description (where it says "more details>> copy to my calendar") that will take said noob to the motorsportsreg event page. It will save them a lot of rooting around on the message boards to find a place where they can actually enter the event.
The "description" entry will take them to the event thread, with a url to motorsportsreg, but that link's not live, requiring a cut-and-paste to the bowser. Can we make it live?
Thanks for all your hard work on this! I know it takes a lot of time/effort to put this all in place, and we're all appreciative.

Re: Event Calendar - 2011
Main Solo2.com site has been updated. Left side navigation bars have been updated. Only 2 calendar links now. One for our (Cal Club) "Events", and the other is San Diego region. If you click on the link for "Event Calendar", the Google calendar shows up. Next to the tab labelled "Agenda", there is a drop-down arrow which has two checkboxes "Cal Club Solo National Event Calendar" and "Cal Club Solo Regional Event Calendar". You can set it to show regional only or both (regional and national).
