Mark Ewart commissioned ONE guy to handle that who used the deal to get a trailer for himself cheap and screw us over.

Yes. Initial drawing has 11'8'' for T&S and the remaning 11' as equipment storage. Both areas end up larger than what we have now.

Are you really going to schlep all those cones into the motorhome through a 24" door?

And how much extra weight is that? Admittedly, if you don't have to worry about water and holding tanks, you gain a little weight, but most motorhomes are pretty close to their GVWR when empty.

Liftgate and a rollup door?

Just adding a man-door on the driver's side across from the existing side door would make it so much easier for setting course and reloading at the end of the day.

We have ideas. Definitely another door on the other side. Maybe bigger doors. Maybe a platform that extends out or folds out on each side that cones can be placed on as they are being picked up and then easily moved inside by those in there. Maybe just a large fold down door where the kitchen is now.

A lot of these ideas are waiting on what we see once it's stripped inside as far as structure. Most we can do ourselves, some we may have professionals do.

I'm out now. My daughter has a performance now tomorrow morning. Someone else will have to bring the cooler.

the mental image reminds me of a "sawzall party" we had for my 914 once upon a time. in the span of a day, a 914 was turned into chunks small enough to fit into garbage cans. I wonder if i can still find pictures of that. it's probably on aaron's server somewhere.

A lot of the stuff in there may have eBay value, if removed in one piece.

It would be interesting to scale the motorhome before and after this weekend to know how much weight you are removing. Also would tell you how much weight you can put back in.

It did. Very quickly. And there is a pile next to it which will probably overflow it again as soon as it's emptied.

The back is now just a big open space ( 8' wide by 11'8" long) from where the kitchen was back. Putting the stuff back in there, it still looks empty.

The kitchen is no more. Referig is gone. TV is gone. Nothing else done to the front since we still have to run events from there.

Next up, new generator and getting a quote for the new windows for the back. Once the windows are settled on and installed, then the wiring, counters and cabinets will be next. Then we can move T & S in there and finish stripping the front.
