No ... walking tools were mentioned in the previous post. :D

No one responded when I DID post in the "correct" thread ... so maybe the owner will see it here?

Sounds like something from Harbor Freight. You might want to check with Rick Brown.

Now there is 17 signed up for ST!!!

And that's missing the SFR bunch (Davis, Runnion, McCormick, Elder) we normally get. I was hoping Britt Dollmeyer from AZ would head out again. Can we still get to 20?

SM grew nicely overnight. I'm still trying to find another XPL driver to help make a class. She's welcome to drive my car.

Just wondering... Do any of you know if contingency or trophy will be given out for SK1 or SK2?

Since none of the contingency agreements list Sk1/2 as a class they pay out for, i'd think no. If you look at the agreements on the SCCA's website they specify exactly what classes they are eligible for. I can't get money from Toyo in FP even if I run Toyos.

I can't speak for the Tour, but for the Pro we're making arrangements for trophies and possibly a small payout based on the SK entry fees.

SK drivers won't be eligible for the Super Challenge but they'll certainly be able to put their names in the hat for the Bonus Challenge. I don't recall if that has a small payout or not.

The Bonus Challenge does have a payout - Chasecam sponsors it

With so few of us running in street prepaired, prepaired and mod would they lump us together and index us as in the local PAX class?
I am running in EP, just asking?

In answer to your original question: for Tours they do not lump undersubscribed classes together. You just don't qualify for any contingencies.

I am coming down from the Bay Area to run in SK2. How should I have my magnet on the car? Do I put "SK2 - DS" ?

For Local competition I would say yes, that is exactly how it should be done.

But I also know that the national staff has asked ProSolo L2 competitors not to put their indexes on the cars in the past, so I guess you'll have to wait and see how they are feeling that weekend. :D At a minimum, SK2.

Area under the curve doesn't count, it's "peak reminder intensity" that does the trick. ;)

Go ahead and fax in your registration for the $90 amount today.
Call Monday and plead with Nancy - she is pretty nice.
Tell her you were busy making the tour/pro shirts and forgot.
Just don't name drop Gary T. or Bill S. - use Tom B or others - that will work much better!

Wow! No more late fees. I just paid the regular price of $130...hey...wait...

Well at least I'm only runnin' on Saturday so that makes it what, $43.333333 a run? Maybe I'll get to stop for a downed cone or get red flagged...
