How do the courses compare to the Topeka courses? More wide open ... faster? Are they "cramped" considering how much space there is ?

Took off a huge chunk after Vic left the door open with dirty runs.

Katy is ahead of Christine in Mike's car. I wonder what it looks like now? (hopefully not bondo color!)

ARG! It started raining as SS ran ... only Tom Kotz was able to take advantage of a not completely soaked course of the front runners. Looks like Gary was able to hang on to 2nd. At the moment Brian Peters is holding something like 10th, last trophy position ... he's hating life right now.

Talked to Henry ... everyone that wasn't running was sitting in their cars out of the rain. There Evo session on the test track was about to start ... in the wet. Good practice for Nick. The local Chevy dealership found the short that was messing with his brakes ... that they've been working on for the past few weeks ... and Marshall had spent hours on at the venue. Turned out to be a short in some obscure wire under the (relocated) battery. That internet repair fellow that said his brake "module" was No Good and sold him a replacement might have been "wrong."

Katy, third run group is likely not going to be able to hold onto first against Christian and the Evo in the wet. Hopefully it will be dry before Mike runs

Toby took 2nd.

So Ryan has won C Stock three years in a Row with three different types of cars ... '99 Miata NB, '07 MSR NC Miata and now a Solstice. I believe both the NC and Solstice he had never driven before getting into them at Nationals!

A lot of the SS drivers didn't take their last runs ... no chance to improve their times in the rain. MANY who did, DNF'ed ....

hmm, odd final results are showing times while the live feed showed DNF's ?

Andy McKee ran a third lap 62.xxx that jumped him back into 4th. Seems like an amazing last run in the wet compared to other times that heat.

Congrats to Katy!! Well deserved. Bummer that it had to be against Christine, but just think how exciting their battles will be for the next year, assuming she keeps driving the PimpmoBimmer.
