Any feedback on my run this last week?

I already have some feedback where I need to work on scanning farther ahead so I setup myself better.

When I walked the course I think I had a decent idea of some good lines to take. But in practice I wasn't able to setup myself perfectly for every corner depending on how I came out of the previous one. I know there are areas where I need to take it wider to set myself up to better come in on the cone of certain sections. I got three laps with instructor Tom, thanks Tom!

Any thoughts on the camera mount location? I mounted it at a variety of heights on the same side for every lap, this one is mounted the lowest. For the sake of analyzing my own lines and getting feedback, should I be capturing more of my own input?

Link to different video slightly higher: https://scontent.cdninstagram.com/v/t50 ... 520cb5d61d. In case that link doesn't work, video is this reel: https://www.instagram.com/p/B2dkuI9gmDF/.

Thanks for any suggestions. I hear you guys might be having a two day novice training course in November. I hope to do that, if I can find out more about it.

Cheers!

I suggest the camera be mounted a little higher, so you can see your hands and a little bit past the hood.

Here is a video mounted on the rear quarter panel of my co-driver's NB Miata.

We're also hosting another event on Oct 5/6 at Santa Anita. If you join us for that, I believe I'll be the safety steward. Feel free to join me for a course walk or two before we start running.
