Banquet plus 1 issue

I'm trying to register for the awards banquet and when I go to check out I get this error:
Please tell us the names of your additional attendees "Banquet - Age 18+ " requires also selecting "If you purchased more than one ticket, please list the names of additional attendees:"
I'm totally fine with that IF there was a place to enter that info. Maybe I'm missing it, but some help would be appreciated ;)
