The 18's he'd be buying for the Kumho's also opens up an ST tire option or two... not that anyone in their right minds would prefer that over R's on a GT3.Mako Koiwai wrote:Hi was thinking of running his GT3, but Kumho R's (18") are cheaper then his oem street tires! Not much choice in ST tires for a car like that. So ... CSM or ASP for him.
The 2009 Supp Regs will be up in about two weeks. The new *ST classes will be this:Ken Motonishi wrote:Trying to find info on this new class?
Are the Sup Regs going to be availble for 2009 any time soon? Is there a whole new series of classes that end with a "T"?
We could take ALL of our civic there and let the rest of the normal ST class battle it out sans CIVIC much like people who move to PAX class...Steve Ekstrand wrote:Extra large Kumhonnies Award for the driver taking either SST or CST with an ST legal Civie.
I could have sworn the SST class wording had language against "running up a class" (no st, sts, stx, stu allowed). I think this was to keep Dick Hayter and Rick "The Awesome One" Jung from taking their fully prepped cars and destroying the fledgling class.Steve Ekstrand wrote:Extra large Kumhonnies Award for the driver taking either SST or CST with an ST legal Civie.
You already know the answer to this!Jason Flores wrote:We could take ALL of our civic there and let the rest of the normal ST class battle it out sans CIVIC much like people who move to PAX class...Steve Ekstrand wrote:Extra large Kumhonnies Award for the driver taking either SST or CST with an ST legal Civie.
...SIde note...I like how Mr Moto ask a question that has been covered over and over and we conveniently post the info, but if it was some noob someone would tell them to search....just funny...its ok, it not wrong, I also do pull over and let him pass when driving on the fwy to give him the right of way..
Is that Max's manly, Corvette-driving alter ego?Dick Hayter

Team Blew lets a guy with that name in?
Hey, I'd take it as a complement, better than going the other way. ;)Max Hayter wrote::unimpressed:Steve Ekstrand wrote:Dick Hayter?

Originally it did, but it was an oversight, not intentional. We decided to change that in that it goes against the current national policy of allowing it. Also, didn't see the reason for making it exclusionary and it could also help in the data collection that some national types might be doing on making a similar type National class.Sebastian Rios wrote:I could have sworn the SST class wording had language against "running up a class" (no st, sts, stx, stu allowed).
