he ST rules state…

N. Tires & Wheels

1. Tires

a. All cars will use a D.O.T. approved tire of radial ply construction

with a molded tread pattern.

Would a Hoosier R6 be considered to have a “molded tread pattern”? They’re DOT radials and have two molded grooves. Two grooves is a “molded tread pattern” in my book!

What tire(s) is everyone going to run this season?

ST in the original context = Super Touring, a new SCCA roadracing classification, for which Hoosiers are legal.

I was at Pep Boys trying to buy some wheel spacers today (which they no longer carry--the supply at stores is all there is and all mine were OUT).

But while I was there in the tire section I saw some good stuff for Jonathan, Seb, Jeff, and Kyle to try out. The Allstars are stuck on stones....
