I'm guessing those are list prices, not Tire Rack prices, which are about 30-40% less (at least comparing to like-size AD07s). You want them first, you pay the most.

They probably also don't have the DOT stamp (likely Japanese market imports) that would be required to run them in SCCA.

Still, $150 or so for ST tires (205/50-15) is going to hurt. Hope they don't become the tire to have (especially without contingency). Not that I'm likely to get close enough for contingency.
