Priceless

So I'm in church today and it's time for the children's sermon. The pastor asks the kids if they're a member of any groups or teams. The kids start answering that they're in boy or girl scouts, on a baseball team, in a youth group, etc. My daughter, Maddie (age 7), raises her hand and says proudly in front of the congregation of about 300, "I'm a member of my daddy's autocross club." Everyone looks around at each other like, "What the hell is autocross?" It was hilarous.
BTW, I bought a family SCCA membership on Fri., since My son Max has been bitten by the karting bug, and I told Maddie that it meant she's a member too. That's what prompted her proclamation.
