My friend from New Mexico, Paul Brown would like some input on where to park his RV when he is in town for the Pro.
Anybody tried the Wal-Marts in area ? any problems ?
The RV places seem to be a touch pricy, unless someone knows a bargan place.
Any info would be appreciated.

Tom, when we stayed down there for the Pro, we stayed at the Trabuco Canyon County Park's campground. It was reasonable, fairly quiet, level sites, "park like" and had water/electricity. Actually, a number of autocrossers stay out there...Hollis, Goeke, McKee and others.
Some Walmarts in more populated areas can be pretty sketchy...I've had experiences with crackheads running around screaming at 3AM and other similar stuff...

I don't think anyone's found a walmart in the area that allows overnight parking.

We're staying here
http://www.canyonrvpark.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; when we have events at El Toro, it's right off the 91 and the 241 about 15min from El Toro. $45.00/night.
