Hey Tom, best balaclava advice I've heard is yours to go to a paint store.
For the juniors, Stacey and I are both SSS and Youth Stewards, so as long as we are there the kids can run on Sat and Sun both on a separate junior course. Parents should plan to help with some setup and tear down as needed. Also a parent or helper needs to be present when their kid runs (reasonable exceptions for older kids like Jon Clements).
Thanks to Team Blew for letting the Juniors follow up on their great experience last event with PSCC! Maybe you guys aren't so bad afterall.

Nice example. Keep the Team Blew compliments flowing ...
Maybe we'll let the Ekstrands through the gate with all of their SSS and YS credentials ?

We're realizing that some people will have done SEVEN AX weekends in a Row by the time the Team Blew event is hosted! Will there be anybody left to still run with us? We're going to have to check extra carefully for corded tires!

The problem happens when they explain the "who" in that last one...

Then you've got Seb and Shauna who will be doing 13 out of 15 weekends, up to and including Wendover. He's right to wonder why he's not faster with soooo much practice. I think the car's just getting worn out! I can see them pull up to the start at Nationals, and like a slap stick comedy, the car will fall apart.
And as Pete has mentioned elsewhere ... These AX Fanaticals have their own
Burnt Rubber Stimulus Package going!

Where's the knock on wood icon?
That's already happened (well not at the start, but 50 yds from the finish of Shauna's 3rd run) so hopefully we've gotten that fiasco out of the way.

Brian, go to the Calendar for the practice (Solo2.com) and read the "Special Rules". It will say when the entrant list is posted. Most of our practices have a date of when the entrant list is posted.
