APPLE Sucks!

I'm use to buying and downloading software. Ordered a new version of iMovie from Apple ... my old one, the one that came with the puter stopped working. It shipped on Thursday but took until today to arrive. Wouldn't load ... after the usual long wait to talk to Tech Support ... I was told that they had to send me a new disc. They wouldn't expedite it without ME paying $25 ... so probably another 5 day wait. In this day and age, that's ridiculous ...

Hey! I hooked Tom up with someone who is an expert in Mac, MS and Unix. All he had to do is reach out.

It's part of a suite of software that comes with the operating system, but can also be purchased separately in a package that adds more stuff. I'd be more specific, but I was never interested in the suite.
