Timing Vehicle Project Help

This is heavily discussed in the Committee forum, but we are looking for a little more help in getting the work done. For those that don't know, we are slowly converting the back of the motorhome into the timing/scoring area instead of the driver's area as it is now. The back has been stripped out and we have new custom windows to install. A number of us have spent a few days working on it at Eric Clements house and are planning to do some more this Saturday. But at this moment it's only me and KJ so far and a couple more would make things easier and get more done. Probably starting about 9:00 am and at least a 1/2 day.
If you are interested, please respond here.

If you have sub assemblies or components that can be built independent of the motorhome, let me know. I always have an extra hour or two during the week where I can get something built.

Thanks John. Probably a little difficult to to that. The way the awnings are built, they aren't really sub-assembled. The frame is cut to size and assembled in the hole. It would be so much easier if it would work that way, but it doesn't appear possible given they way they are installed.
Anybody else? We could really use another two or four hands. Eric already has most of the dirty work done (tires/shocks/brakes).

I'll see if I can get away on Sat. Probably can't make 9 a.m., but I might be able to help for a few hours. But I warn you...when you put a wrench in my hand, things start mysteriously breaking and being mis-assembled. ;)

How about power tools, especially ones with fast moving sharp blades? Do we need to wear kevlar?

Depends how attached you are to your appendages. Usually the extremities are the first to go...

We're covered on the tools. Feel free to bring a tape measure and a writing utensil though. You've got the address?

I spoke too soon. The boss says my priorities on Saturday lie elsewhere; probably with the accursed Subaru.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it tomorrow. Too many kid events to make it all the way out there and back in time.

From Tom's...
Back out to Carnelian, south/left on Carnelian, west/right on Hillside, south/left on Sapphire, west/right on Rosebud.
7994 Rosebud St. Big rock in the front yard, and depending on what time you get here, more cars than should be allowed at any one house.
(Matthew is volunteering with the special needs kids baseball team this morning from 9 until 12 and Jon has baseball practice from 10-12, but right now, in addition to the timing motorhome, we have 6 cars in the driveway.)
