I'm impressed, most professional minutes I can remember seeing!

I agree and Lily incorporated my suggestion (like how BMWCCA-SD chapter does their minutes) in listing the actual people's names present. I formatted the roll-call and split it out. Awesome job Lily.

Well I spoke in Spanish AND was far enough away that Lily couldn't understand as she has INFORMED me she grew up in Guatemala!! Thus she knows the language

Gio: Why are the June minutes not posted? It is supposed to be that the minutes are posted and then approved at the meeting with any changes and/or corrections. Who has to approve the minutes - the Supreme Court?

The Solo Committee and E-Board approves the minutes once they are posted. But since I haven't received them, they can't be approved.
