Hello,

My second post on the forum, but it seems I've been registered for a while.

To start off, I'm driving a 97 Honda Prelude,

I've always been interested in pushing my car, but have only recently committed to going forward with it.

I spectated at a PAC autox with a college, and it sparked my interest. It just looked so fun.

I recently attended the Road to Lincoln (7/26) event and had a blast. I might have over driven my car the first run (spun in the slalom), but the subsequent runs were a lot better.

I had a great time at the event, and everyone was super friendly.

Thank you's go to,
Lily- Thank you for the course walk, as well as driving the hell out of my car Image. It really inspired me.
Leonard- Thank you for the grid pep talks.
John (working tech, Steve C friend) thanks for run explanation.
Tall guy working under the tent (sorry I didn't catch your name) for correcting my numbering mistake while I was in grid (I promise to fully read the instructions next time Image).

I'll be at the 8/8 El Toro practice . Image

Any tips and trick are appreciated. Image

I look forward to learning, and meeting all of you. Image

Hey Mike - no worries. Everything worked out. Look forward to seeing you on the 8th. There will be lots of talent there. Best tip I have is to spend your entire rest period getting rides. You can learn a lot from the passenger seat.

Oh yes, it turned. His car is a base so doesn't have the ATTS tugging the steering wheel the other direction during the slaloms! It just danced :heyes:

1.)That sounds a lot like my old Bug...
2.)Push open wind wing, reach in and open door
3.)Insert paperclip and turn ignition
4.)Hop out and start pushing...
5.)Jump in, pop clutch, hope car commits to self powered forward momentum
