Im selling a set of 4 brand new Toyo Tire Proxes RA-1 275-35-18.

These tires are brand new never used. They still have stickers on them.

I can split the set to 2 pairs as well.

The price is $200 obo each. I bought them for $300 brand new. so you are getting a deal.

I am in the Los Angeles Area and I prefer local pick up. I am willing to meet up.

Ken, I am heading back from SEMA Las Vegas in a large truck on Saturday afternoon south on I-15 if that can work, this would be on the 7th.

On the 8th I am running at Qualcomm in San Diego. If you are running there on the 8th, that would be perfect.

Actually, I will be at SEMA from the 4-6. I will be back in LA on the 7th.

As for Qualcomm, I will not be at that event.

These are a GREAT Track tire! Long lasting, excellent when hot ... used by a number of different spec racing classes, in fact the Spec Miata racers went back to this tire over the newer Toyo 888, since the RA1 was more consistent over it's life. Wish we could use that size.

They use to be rated at 60, then Toyo changed the rating to 100, without making any changes to the compound. For a while if you bought these tires you would get some that said 60, some said 100. Toyo said no worries, they are exactly the same. Maybe a marketing decision to not scare folks off with the 60 rating?

I actually like the R888 over the RA1 if its a time attack kind of deal where you get one shot to punch. but youre right, RA1 was more consistent over its life.
