So what's on the To-Do list? Some things I can think of:

Connector install and computer/timer wiring.
Finish windows.
Ladder.
Proper supports for the back table.
Paneling? If all the furring is in, it can be cut to fit even if we are not ready to button it up yet.
I'd like to get some more counter top to make the Admin table and I was thinking maybe a small table under the PA system with storage underneath.
Waterproofing? Seem to recall some small leaks back at the beginning of the year.

Obviously depends on how many people we get.

We should make plans to re-coat the roof.

Be interested to see if it could power the PA system. We already installed dual power in the back, generator power and inverter power. Since computers and timers have batteries, they keep going when the generator quits. But we would lose the network hub, the announcer display and the PA. So we will plug the hub and display into the inverter line, but don't think the inverter can handle the PA. The inverter gets it's power from the batteries/solar panel when the generator isn't running, but from a battery charger when the generator is running. The inverter is mainly used to keep the radios and displays charged between events from the solar (shuts itself off at night when the battery level dips to keep from killing the batteries).

Install ladder
fill holes in floor
Run 12v to T&S countertop
Run 2nd Air conditioner power
Battery cable clean up
Admin desk
Audit desk
110v wiring @ generator
Generator oil change
Fab audio/T&S cables then install to patch bays
wire T&S for computer network (outside too?)
Mount radio charging racks
install FM antenna
Insulate walls
wall covering

Aaron, Did you source the LCD wall mount? It looks like it would be perfect for the TV in my trailer...

OK, that should keep us busy until noon, then what?

Of course part of the problem is it's almost all inside in the back. Only room for so many workers. Not that I'm expecting a huge turnout.

No wonder you never get that kart fixed. Always working on others stuff.

Good to have you. And it's always nice to have someone with some actual skill in addition to enthusiasm :D

Not sure what we actually crossed off the To-Do List Eric had on the door. Seems like we kept adding to it as fast as we finished things.

What I can remember:
Cabling of the PA system, FM radio and CD player-car stereo completed.
Computer network wiring completed, router connected to inverter power instead of generator.
12dc run to rear area.
Roof ladder mounted.
Rear table re-installed (removed for furring strips, had to be trimmed) with wiring ports added and shelf below for wiring and power connections.
Motorhome battery cables replaced.
Radios now in charging racks instead of individual chargers.

Still a lot on the list, but we were mainly doing things to get it usable for this weekend. Probably next priority thing will be the external connector panel.
