wierd, that first place is just what i was planning on doing this week, but decided a fresh coat of paint on the gates would get the same feel without the messy building permit stuff

Yah ... when I saw the first place, the first thing that popped into my mind was Chucks driveway! Amazing ... won't recognize it with the fresh paint! 
Our car port with Karen's Koenigseg super car under wraps ... before the gardeners cleaned up after the windstorm. We don't want to be ostentatious, like those fellows in that thread.

As long as I can convince Stacey to commute from Rancho C to Sherman Oaks.

Plus, you could probably put a nice dent in the payments renting out space to all those who would want to store their race cars and/or trailers with you.
