L.A. Times El Toro Article

Looks like we may get a reprieve for a few years. The "Great Park" development has been greatly scaled back. According to the the sketch in the Times the work to be done "over the next 3-5 years" will take place west and north of the balloon. Nothing about tearing up the runways.
