GO TO END OF THIS THREAD TO VOLUNTEER FOR THE JANUARY 9th and 10th, 2010 Event

Karen & I needs one person to help out with Gate on Saturday morning, and two on Sunday morning.

We'll trade off so we all get to walk course, etc. Obviously you can't Run First Group.

You must be a regular SCCA member to fulfill this position. This will be your work assignment for the day.

Morning Gate needs to be manned from 6:30 until the first work group relieves us.

Still looking for a few good SCCA members to help out. So nice to get one's work out of the way early!

I can also work it first thing on Sunday if needed.

yes she is Mako. I bought her membership myself as a birthday gift.

We need the extra help both days ... Karen and I will be there at 6:30 ... if you could help around 7:45 that would be great. Thanks Sharon

And finally people see why I go to all the trouble of editing peoples posts to actually make it obvious what event they are talking about. Turns out 5 minutes after an event ends these posts become just confusing and worthless if you're searching for something in the past. It's your thread mako, go up and edit the subject in the top post.

Maybe just deleting posts with a spacific date for working after the date has past, instead of the confusing redating of an old post with old replies. ;)

I can help Sunday (the 10th) if it's still needed. Kinda hard to tell with the thread the way it is. :mrt:

Karen will need two more for Sunday morning ... gate is from 6:30 to 9 (or whenever the first work group takes over Gate) ... so one needs at least three if not four Gate workers for the Sunday morning rush ... so that everyone has a chance to walk the course, register, tech.

She's waiting to hear back from someone else at the moment ... but Bill and Mark, you're in line for Gate is you like.

Um, might be a little hard, being as I'm the S.S.S.

I was asking 'cause, as you know, I need to be sure that the gate is covered.
