So after many years of trying and thousands of dollars I finally got my first 1st place trophy for the September 27th event. The only problem is my last name is spelled wrong. Is it possible to get a new "stick on thingy" with the correct spelling of my last name?

Talk to or email Gayle Jardine with your tale. I'm sure she can and will help you. Congrats on your first win. :gpower:

A while back we had a club member that started a little slow. After about a year he earned his first trophy, a wooden plaque type. He was running it back to his wife, "honey, honey look, I got a trophy!" Then he stumbled, dropped it and broke it in half, Awww. Disappointment on his face, Davard yelled out "Hey, now you have two!"

Congrats David! and sorry about the misspell of the name. I get that a lot myself! (Misspell, not first trophies)

Trophies are awarded the day of the event? I'm planning on getting one in 2010. ;)
