The one I'm using now seems to be lifting off around 10mph obviously I need something stronger and I don't want to use a glue gun. Any recommendation for stronger double sided tape?

I'm not sure if you can use double-sided tape for wings like that...
My wing runs along the entire width of the trunk, so I was able to put in quite a bit of double-sided tape: 3m heavy duty @ Home Depot, works great.
You can always do what I did w/ my old wing:
- drill 4 holes
- buy plastic plugs @ Home Depot the size of the holes
When the wing is unmounted, I have the 4 plast plugs installed.

I recommend bolts.

You don't want that flying off into another car/motorcycle on the freeway or track.

Ok I'll put the smily face now
Saw this car driving on Lankershim when I went to lunch, that wing is going to fly into some poor guys car. I was impressed that the tape actually held ... Lol

the added benefit is that you can use the rest of the roll for racing stripes.
