The third room in our place has become available. We're looking for 800 a month, which includes utilities. Room shares bathroom with my other roommate Jared. You get 1 parking space in the driveway, street parking is pretty much unlimited except for street sweeper twice a month.

House is a 1100 square foot single story from the 60's.

Amenities include:

60" HD TV + Huge DVD and Bluray collection
Full kitchen
Washer & Dryer
4 beer taps (though not all are always on)
Front courtyard with fire pit
Backyard with deck
Gas MIG, Compressor, etc in the Garage.
Just a mile and half from the beach

Preference is no pets, no hoarders or folks with OCD. ;)

Nerds and geeks are a +
Big plus if you are into Craft Beer and Cars.

House is around the intersection of Beach and Adams in Huntington Beach.

As of this summer we'll have been in this house for 10 years.

Having spent many hours in the house, I'm almost tempted to put my place up for rent and move in with Aaron and Jared!
