Any members work for Sprint?

Due to my crushed phone (posted separately) I now need to replace it.

My "plan" isn't compatible with the current phones (ie Sprint wants to move me off of my old cheaper plan, and make more money). While I don't begrudge them of this, they are in business to make money, I also don't want to pay more $ for less service.

If you work for Sprint, can you PM me? I need assistance with Sero. Thank you.
