I'm hoping the Philly club has interpreted the Historic rules same as SoCal clubs

Old cars --

rule #1 -- keep car parts on car [John that means you]

rule #2 -- keep car running on course and do not delay event [John, that means you [which John is the question]]

rule #3 -- kepp leaking oil off the course [John does this by not following the course anyway]

rule #4 -- keep your old car shiny so no one notices breaking of any other rules [who could that mean?]
